While the IFNEC website contains information and links to documents that may be freely downloaded by the public, the information in this library is only available to the IFNEC Participants and Observers via authenticated login.


  • Executive Committee - includes Joint Statements and presentations from IFNEC’s ministerial meetings
  • Steering Group - includes latest Steering Group Action Plan, as well as presentations and Action Plans from past meetings
  • Working Groups - includes folders for the Infrastructure Development Working Group, the Reliable Nuclear Fuel Services Working Group, and the IFNEC Workshops. Each has an archive of presentations and handouts from past meetings
  • Resources - includes links to commercial, educational and other organizations affiliated with nuclear development. This also includes IFNEC's Operating Documents like the IFNEC Statement of Mission, as well as documents detailing structure and membership.

Obtaining Access

If you are a representative of either a Participant or Observer Country, or an International Observer Organization, and would like access to this Library then please send your contact information with a request for access to the Steering Group administrative staff at You will receive, via return email, a User ID and Password which enable you to login with full access to all of the content in the IFNEC Resource Library. The access information is usually provided within two business days of receipt of your request

Submitting Information to the Members Area

   Members Area is maintained by the Steering Group administrative staff that retains the sole ability to modify the site and its contents. Participants and Observers are encouraged to submit material for inclusion in the library by sending it to; submittals will only be accepted from representatives of the Participant, Observer, or International Observer Organizations. Please include your suggestions on where in the library the material should be located as well as any contact information beyond your email address that you would like us to use in communicating with you. The administrative staff will review the material, pursue any questions with the submitter, and upload the material to the library, usually within a few business days of receipt. Please do not submit any classified, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive information or material.
